You have 10 days after receiving your package to return your order. Please email us at: alcomontana@gmail.com for return instructions.
Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. There should be no visible signs of wear. Any returns or exchanges that do not comply with our policies will be shipped back. Returns that do comply with your above policy, will be refunded back to their original payment method. Customer will be responsible for fees of shipping item(s) back to us. AL & Co is not responsible for any shipping fees for returns or exchanges, any lost, stolen or untraceable shipments. Please use a carrier service that provides a tracking number to ensure a safe delivery.
