I am a 26 year old mom who grew up in a family who creates. We make things with our hands. I have my fair share of skills I have “mastered” but one has stuck with me. The ability to create and help others create a piece of jewelry that expresses themselves and looks beautiful.

I believe that every person should be able to wear something that is them; that shows the world who they are in a glimpse. This is how I started AL & Co. I wanted to create something that help people be able to have some individuality in a world where so many things look a like.
